Shipping & Policies

Policies:

Items are customized/handmade, therefore, may have minor imperfections.

Returns:

Due to COVID-19 safety measures, we will not be accepting any returns on items.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges and Cancellations:

Exchanges and Cancellations will only be accepted if contact is made about the order PRIOR to the order being fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled and the shipping label has been purchased, no exchanges or cancellations will be accepted. 

Returns and exchange details:

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know and I will work with you to resolve your concerns.

Shipping:

All RTS orders will be shipped within 2-5 days of purchase.

Please note turn around time on product listings. Orders received will be made by precedence. Larger orders may extend turn around time. If you need your order in a time crunch email me at cassies.crafting.spot@gmail.com. I strive to complete orders in the fastest time possible.  

All orders will be shipped in a bubble mailer envelope or box according to size and will be shipped with USPS First Class Shipping or preferred method of shipping at checkout. 

Please note: I will do my best to keep you informed of any delays in turn around time. 

24/7 Order Tracking:

Customers should receive an email stating tracking information for their package when shipping label is created. 

If you do not receive tracking information, please email cassies.crafting.spot@gmail.com and I will ensure you get your tracking information. 

Please note: while shipping items through postal services unexpected delays of deliveries can occur.
