Shipping policy

Shipping:

All RTS orders will be shipped within 2-5 days of purchase.

Please note turn around time on product listings. Orders received will be made by precedence. Larger orders may extend the turnaround time. If you need your order in a time crunch email me at cassies.crafting.spot@gmail.com. I strive to complete orders in the fastest time possible.  

All orders will be shipped in a bubble mailer envelope or box according to size and will be shipped with USPS First Class Shipping or preferred method of shipping at checkout. 

Please note: I will do my best to keep you informed of any delays in turnaround time. 

24/7 Order Tracking:

Customers should receive an email stating tracking information for their package when the shipping label is created. 

If you do not receive tracking information, please email cassies.crafting.spot@gmail.com and I will ensure you get your tracking information. 

Please note: while shipping items through postal services unexpected delays of deliveries can occur.
